Cancellation & Refund Policy – Highline IT & Digital Marketing Services
At Highline IT & Digital Marketing Services, we provide digital services including AI automation workflows, GoHighLevel setups, CRM integrations, API automations, and digital marketing tools. As these services involve expert time, digital delivery, and irreversible processes, we follow a clear and transparent cancellation and refund policy.
1. Service Cancellation Cancellations are allowed only if the service work has not yet started. Once planning, setup, workflow creation, system access, or any part of the service has begun, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are issued only in the following cases: • Duplicate payment • Accidental purchase where no work has started • No access delivered for the service purchased All other payments are non-refundable due to the nature of digital services.
3. Non-Refundable Services The following items are strictly non-refundable: • Completed automation workflows • CRM or GoHighLevel setup work already done • Digital tools, templates, or integrations already delivered • API or backend automation work already delivered • Strategy or consultation calls • Subscription fees after access is granted
4. Subscription Services Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but already-paid fees are non-refundable. You will continue to receive access until the end of your billing cycle.
5. Refund Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
